G60 Rebuild & Service Info:

 

Timing is everything!

A rebuild is recommended when excessive oil is in the intercooler tubes, when a reduction of boost is observed, or noises are detected. 

We recommend a Rebuild-Service-Interval every 80.000 miles, to prevent total charger failure. However, regular Inspection should be done every 30.000miles if a small pulley is used.  

 

G60 Inspection Process:

  • First we determine if your unit meets criteria necessary for restoration or improvements.

  • Free Quotes are always given prior to completion of work.

  • New parts are available during Rebuild/Service or Upgrades, if necessary. 

Please note:

  • Your G60 must contain the stock-pulley for restoration & improvements to receive the warranty!

Rebuild Service:

$900.00

G60 Rebuild Service consists of:

  • Condition test

  • Disassembly, cleaning & close inspection of all components

  • Replacement of  bearings, shaft seals, APEX seals and toothed belt

  • Application of special coating, to increase pressure and lifetime of unit

  • Assembly, pressure test & registration of unit

Please note:

  • Only Original Volkswagen Parts are used.

  • 12 month, unlimited mileage warranty*

*Warranty Info:

  • We offer a 12 month, unlimited mileage warranty on all G60's installed in-house.

  • *Warranty becomes void when any pulley other than the stock pulley is used!
